Prime Pack will calculate shipping charges at the time of purchase for each order. We determine the price by product destination, quantity, and weight. Prime Pack will charge additional shipping for more heavier and large items. Articles may be shipped individually at an extra rate. Prime Pack will ship shipments via UPS. Prime Pack will cancel orders if the buyer informs us by 3 pm CST on the corresponding day of purchase. Please call (214) 272-3883 for cancellation instructions. You may return an item if it's in its original package. If there are manufacturing defects, articles may only be replaced with proof of receipt. All items must be returned within 30 days of your purchase.
